Skip it, waisted of time

I spent 6 hours of my weekend to look at a car advertised. It wouldn’t start but that’s not what we were told the first hour of waiting. Then they confessed. 2 hours later we walked.

Awful Experience!!!

D And C Motors - Awful Experience!!!
I bought a Land Rover from these guys October 7th, 2017. I asked for a some things to be fixed if I bought it. It needed a new SD card that was removed from the vehicle that controls navigation and the rest of the functions in the radio & apps. And I asked them if they would order a new door handle clip for the front passenger door. It was broken! 2 VERY SIMPLE FIXES!!! Three separate sales men said no problem, they would order it that following Monday. Mind you, I brought someone with me to witness the conversation between me and the sales men at the dealership... I always do. So we bought the SUV. Two weeks later (Friday) I called/emailed NICK and asked if they had ordered the two things they promised for my car, the guy that returned my call TREVOR said he needed more info to order the part but would order it that day and they would be there that following Tuesday and he would call me when they arrived. Tuesday comes around no call, waited Wednesday... Thursday... Friday... no call. Waited until the next following Thursday just in case it was due to shipping and called again... supposedly the sales man (TREVOR) no longer worked there that I spoke with and so another guy would be emailing me back that day. Guess what.... NO EMAIL! I waited a week! I then sent NICK an email asking if they were going to follow through with their promise. NOT A WORD BACK, and they don't return calls!! Why would you promise something and then blow off your potential future clients???? Do they not care about their Better Business Bureau ratings???? Reviews on the internet about their practices is a tell all about the way they do business. How awful... this company could actually be an amazing company if they cared more about their clientele over a few bucks in their pocket. One very unhappy customer!!!!! I saved all email and voicemail correspondence between us! :) Filed a complain with the Better Business Bureau On 11/25/17. Love how they delete all negative feedback!!!

Clint eastwood: do you feel lucky?

i purchased a 2006 range rover from d & c motorz, portland oregon. the owner indicated that the two wireless headphones, bags and rempte would be with the vehicle. it arrived without the items. the owner denied that the items were included with the sale. after drivinf the vehicle 82 miles, the check engine light came on and the vehicle did not pass inspection. bad thermostat. the owner said that the mechanic who could not find anything wrong with the vehicle was not doing his job. the mechanic is a reputavle company. attempts to work out the matters were fruitless. caveat emptor my friend
