Badly run company Stay away from them

A driver hit our trash can . The company picked up the damaged can but fail to leave a replacement can . I called and the representative she told me it would be OCTOBER before they could deliver a can to us . I asked why a can was not dropped off when the damaged one was picked up? Well ,she said she didn't know . She told me to put our bagged trash by the street and they would pick it up . The driver did not pick it up because no one advised him of what had happenedStay away from this company!!! , wasn't his fault he was very nice . My wife had to flag him down .Apparently service is not in their vocabulary . The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing . Do yourself a favor and use a different company .Price without service is just not worth it !!

Bill for pickup of garbage

Received robo call after business hours about bill for services due. Tried to call next business day, Friday April 7,2015, all day. Recorded message said they were swamped with calls and to use their website for payment. Wanted to talk to person about not receiving a bill in the mail, but their mailbox full!! In the last year and a half, their office procedures have left a lot to be desired, mainly their failure to talk to their customers.. I pay when I get a bill in the mail, which means no bill, no payment! When did they stop mailing out bills for service to customers? I never signed up for any other type of notification about my pickup. I may not have enough to put out every week, but i would like my garbage picked up when I do put out my receptacles.

Bad Service - Cycleworks Sanitation, Woodstock, GA

Classic situation of; it does no good to complain to the company as the same people answer the phones and apparently they don't report to anyone. When asked to speak to another level of management; You are politely but directly told.., there is no one else to speak to. What a great job! Provide *** service, screw the customer.., and the consumer/customer, has no recourse other than to switch providers. Switched to this company for trash pickup, paid for a full year of service in advance and mid-way through the year..., they quit picking up our trash, stating we hadn't paid the BILL...! REALLY.. SERIOUSLY..., Everything is fine for 1/2 of a year.. and then suddenly we haven't paid. No notice of any kind. Had they at least called or written ahead of time.. we would have been able to show them the error of their ways. EVIDENCE- EMAIL, PAID CHECK, and a RECEIPT showing PAID IN FULL. When we called to tell them they didn't pick up our trash.. they advised us we hadn't paid and even though we had all the necessary paperwork and told them so.... proving differently.., they were rude and obnoxious. A better option would have been, telling us they'll send someone out right away to pick up our trash. Instead, they argued they were right. We faxed everything to them.., sent an email follow-up with the attachments and yes.. they picked up the trash two days later and then again.., did not pick it up the following week. Another call resulted in me discovering the 1 or 2 people answering the phone aren't held accountable by anyone else. I WANT THAT JOB!!!

Totally agree with your conclusion. Their service is lousy - missed pick-ups, cans thrown into our ivy upside down (which means broken), and a terrible customer service dept.

long waits, smart aleck kids who argue with me, don't apologize, put me on hold (again!) and act disgusted bc I have complained about a missed pick-up.

Ugh! I'm OUT!
