Took my bike into Jason to have tenshinor guides replaced, with 84,000 miles on bike , and implied I should replace timing chain ,gears, oil pump, etc etc so I agreed like a dum *** when I took my bike to drop off for repairs I had a brake issue while enroute, I asked him to take a look at them When my bike was done I was working until late my bill was 1788.00 paid thru PayPal, he left my bike out back so I could pick up Upon picking my bike up started it up immediately all the noise I originally took my bike in for was still there and the day before when I spoke to him he said ohhhh it’s quite When got home inspecting my bike it was a mess with gasket sealer all over my jugs don’t know why. Old parts was never offered back to me , it had an exhaust leak that it didn’t have and can not tell if this motor was even taken apart and my brake issue Jason said my line had a run hole in it he fixed it by cutting the line and putting a coupler on it instead of replacing with a braided line NoNoNoNo ,,, it took me for days for him to take my call when he did he was very rude cold and blamed my issues back on me he did offer to take a look at it but there will be a charge for it He will never touch my bike again and I am suing

I took my bike to this shop for replacement of brake lines. I had to bring my bike to them two times for a week each time the brakes still did not work properly was totally unsafe for me and had to take my bike to the dealer for them to fix correctly. They refuse to refund any money I spent with them the dealer charged me 300.00 to fix there two time mistake and they left my bike full of grease. I do not recommend them at all.If I wanted any money back from them to take them to court and that he would lie about the events

Guess what shop I won't be visiting anytime soon...

Guest

You are just mad because some people don't like you or your business. cant win everyone. I personally would rather pay dealer prices than risk getting spat on.

Guest

such a ghetto boy...I will tell every living soul about your shop and how you treat people. your brainwashed workers and followers are in a trap by you. and I can legally do that.

Haters gonna hate!

lol. go ahead and deny it all you want...like I said.

have heard from multiple people. not just one..

Guest

Hmmm...not sure who you are but I can tell you that I have never "spat" on anyone in my life. Also, I am from Detroit not New York (although I have visited New York three times and it was only "okay").

As far as parts...I don't manufacture any so any warranty is on the manufacturer. As far as me being a "wimp"... You sir have chosen to hide behind a keyboard and a screen name and call me names so I am wondering perhaps you are confused on the definition of "wimp"? Lousy workmanship?

Okay, based on what? Certainly you can quantify this right? On the matter of he bike falling...yep that happened, not proud of it but what I am proud of is that we ordered a brand new tank from the manufacturer and stood behind that. There is now a policy of two straps on every hoist and gues what?

Hasn't happened since. I am certain that you are perfect and no one can find fault...but then again you seem angry and petty and since you can make no claim based on any experience I guess your comments are as correct as your facts.

Cycle Stop USA refused to fix their repair mistake

If you want poor customer service, a bad attitude, questionable work ethics, and work that has not been performed to spec, then Cycle Stop USA in Plant City, Florida is the place for you! Not only will they refuse to fix their mistakes, they will expand your bad experience by accusing you of trying to tell them how to do their job. As an added bonus, if you enjoy spending hours cleaning your bike, this is definitely the place to go as you'll be presented with a filthy machine once their so-called "work" has been completed. And all that for just $200! What a deal!

in my opinion, a motorcycle shop should take pride in their work. and that means cleaning a bike. not being lazy and just doing the work to skirt by.

I and a few other have also experienced issues with this company...waste of business space.

Hello,

I am Jason, the owner of Cycle Stop USA. I have had to defend this above statement several times online...so I will now do that again.

This individual is a supposed graduate of a motorcycle training institute in Orlando. He is disgruntled because I didn't hire him (I have no positions available). He failed to mention that while I didn't clean his wheel (it is/was caked with brake dust) I DID correctly install his rear caliper that was not secured to his motorcycle and could have caused unrecoverable harm to him should it have decided to dislodge it's self from the swing arm that it dangerously balanced on... note: I sold him the pads and he put them on previous to his tire change.

He also left out the fact that he was asked to bring his bike up and allow us to verify his belt tension and refused. Instead, he chose to bash us online which these days is much easier than actually discussing anything face to face. We take pride in everything we do and although we aren't perfect, we ask that we be given the opportunity to at least verify or even correct our mistakes. Neither luxury was afforded to us by this individual.

I stand behind our work and I stand behind our pride. Thank you.
