I bought a battery for $90.00 and drove the bike for3days and the battery went dead so ti is warranty for a year but when I took it back he said he would not exchange it so I went and and had to buy another battery at JP cycles and the is running great would no problems and charging also sow I will not buy any parts from cycle Stop anymore there was nothing wrong with the bike runs great
Got rapped for 1788.00
Took my bike into Jason to have tenshinor guides replaced, with 84,000 miles on bike , and implied I should replace timing chain ,gears, oil pump, etc etc so I agreed like a dum *** when I took my bike to drop off for repairs I had a brake issue while enroute, I asked him to take a look at them
When my bike was done I was working until late my bill was 1788.00 paid thru PayPal, he left my bike out back so I could pick up
Upon picking my bike up started it up immediately all the noise I originally took my bike in for was still there and the day before when I spoke to him he said ohhhh it’s quite
When got home inspecting my bike it was a mess with gasket sealer all over my jugs don’t know why. Old parts was never offered back to me , it had an exhaust leak that it didn’t have and can not tell if this motor was even taken apart and my brake issue Jason said my line had a run hole in it he fixed it by cutting the line and putting a coupler on it instead of replacing with a braided line NoNoNoNo ,,, it took me for days for him to take my call when he did he was very rude cold and blamed my issues back on me he did offer to take a look at it but there will be a charge for it He will never touch my bike again and I am suing
Custom work
I took my bike to this shop for replacement of brake lines. I had to bring my bike to them two times for a week each time the brakes still did not work properly was totally unsafe for me and had to take my bike to the dealer for them to fix correctly.
They refuse to refund any money I spent with them the dealer charged me 300.00 to fix there two time mistake and they left my bike full of grease. I do not recommend them at all.If I wanted any money back from them to take them to court and that he would lie about the events

just a new york car salesman. stay far away. spat on someone I met. this happened a year after an incident between them.
dropped one of his bikes. ive been in the shop and have horrible service. dirty bike work. lousy workmanship.
doesnt back up parts. stay far away! hopefully they go out of business soon. waste of business space.

the person you spat on I have met and I believe him through what I have seen at your shop. what happened to using straps on the bikes when they are on the lift like you told him you would. I have seen the pictures you post. you are lousy and have a *** business.

Cycle Stop USA refused to fix their repair mistake
If you want poor customer service, a bad attitude, questionable work ethics, and work that has not been performed to spec, then Cycle Stop USA in Plant City, Florida is the place for you!
Not only will they refuse to fix their mistakes, they will expand your bad experience by accusing you of trying to tell them how to do their job.
As an added bonus, if you enjoy spending hours cleaning your bike, this is definitely the place to go as you'll be presented with a filthy machine once their so-called "work" has been completed.
And all that for just $200! What a deal!

Larry, let me first thank you for your egregiously inaccurate 1-star rating. Your battery was purchased on September 14, 2023 (nearly 8 months ago).
At that time you returned with the battery in need of additional hardware required to install it (which I personally provided to you at no cost) because you claimed; "it wasn't in there". You also had me test the battery because you said the battery "died". I could see (and you acknowledged) that you had installed the battery using no spacers for the terminals and the terminals were [slightly] damaged due to that fact. You were offered the opportunity to bring your motorcycle to us so that we could determine whether or not your alternator was operating correctly, at no charge, which you declined.
At the time of the original purchase you were offered installation, which we do charge for but it also prevents this type of issue. So now, over 7-months later you wish to disparage us online, which I find...well disparaging. So here is the deal; you have been less than gracious a client since the first time that you have patronized us (our records go back to 12/31/2013) which was...ironically...a battery! If you wish to apologize in person or online I will accept that apology no questions asked.
If you do not wish to do so then consider yourself FIRED! We do not wish to do business with callous individuals that use Google Reviews to lobby unfounded and unwarranted grievances.
