Won't Ship Item & Rude
- - Helmet in stock but not shipped; 24-hour promise not met.
- - I’ve contacted support repeatedly; two reps were rude; I’ll switch to another company.
I've contacted "Customer Service" multiple times to inquire why the helmet I ordered hasn't shipped. I've spoke to 2 different CS people (both arrogant/rude) and emailed CS.
Helmet still hasn't shipped even though it's in stock and they state "Ships Within 24 Hours"... that was 4 days ago and tomorrow will be 5.
I'm pretty much over this company after 4 orders and 2 months of being a customer. I'd rather use another company and wait longer for the items I need then deal with this crap.

Tire sensor was broke mounting tire. THEY SAID IT WAS ALREADY LIKE THAT. They broke it with tire machine.

Extremely rude and arrogant salesman
- - Salesman Brian was rude; told me to move my car; I came to buy a pricey helmet.
- - At 10 the door opened and slammed on me, and I was not acknowledged.
He told me to move my car when there was nobody in the parking lot open the door at 9:57 so I open the door and asked if they were open and he was extremely rude from the outside told me they were closed then at 10 he open the door and slammed with me standing there and did not even acknowledge me extremely rude and unacceptable I was there to buy a brand new helmet a pretty expensive helmet I might add but he was so rude I couldn't go in for a fitting I have shopped there many times my son myself and my brothers we have spent a lot of money in that store in Lauderhill the salesman's name was Brian I'm not happy at all very rude and unacceptabl this is not the first time I've had a problem with childlike Behavior from people in Cycle Gear

- - Called Sunday for a large order; 1-800 would not price match tires or OEM parts; spent thousands on 3 motorcycles and asks if there is a new policy.
Called Sunday to make big order - but the 1-800 call did not care or said they can not price match tires or OEM parts? Spent thousand with your company up keeping my 3 motorcycles and get a response right away that your company no longer price matches?
Let me know if this is a new policy - I will start ordering from e-bay only if this is the case and let my thousand of followers know that Cycle Gear is not the place to get motorcycle parts... {{Redacted}}
