Terrible Experience
Brand new computer took over a month to SHIP, then it *** out after 3 months, getting them to ship out parts has been terrible first replacement (which cost me a 1K deposit) arrived DOA then the second was shipped to WRONG address... and they rarely answer emails.
Hold times for tech support is also terrible.
If you dont believe this review, do a search.. they are super slow on shipments and repairs

Good experience
Received a prebuilt from a 3rd party vendor that was damaged out of the box. After contacting them directly they upgraded two processor levels and my graphics card was also upgraded.
In addition to this I was given a free custom paint job with decorative graphics, and covered the shipping cost to send back the busted pc to them. No additional money was spent and they did indeed make it right.
I had to wait for the build on the new pc a bit longer but they were in contact with me throughout the entire process. I have since purchased 2 more from them by going directly to them and cutting out the middle retail hacks like Best Buy and Amazon.
User's recommendation: Go directly to them and stay away from 3rd party vendors

Terrible service
Had my second damaged card replaced by a different business at my own expense rather than attempting to chase down another replaced card, expecting it to end up being damaged as well.
Ordered a pre-built PC through Best Buy, it arrived with damaged GPU (GTX 3080), took over a month to send back and have replaced, multiple issues with getting it shipped, nearly three months after initial order, replacement graphics card arrives, also damaged. Support staff was professional, but offered nothing in recompense for disastrous experience, or replacement for the second damaged on arrival card.

I have returned my Cybertron Desktop a day after received.
So excited to receive after 3 weeks waiting my cybertron new desktop. Unfortunately I had to return it to BestBuy after open the case for the first time and find the video card out of the PCIe Slot holding in place by just one Screw.
The PCIe slot from the main board, was also damage and the broken part was found at the desktop internal floor. Was disappointing to get a 3K product and not be able to used. I will not place any bad review for the product because overall Cybertron does not deserve that and I have reorder the same product at the Best Buy once again.
Please I am placing below the data from my order I just would appreciate to have Cybertron to make sure I would receive my order without any issues. Thanks!

Fire Hazard and Cheaply made
Bought 2 cybertron computers for my adult chilfren for the Bdays in January 2018. Hooked them up around March 2018.
One computer needed to be sent back because it did not work. Sent it back and it now works. But the second worked for about 2 months then 2 of the fans shut off. One actually flew out of the casing.
We got that fixed and a week later the motherboard caught on fire. The money you pay and what you get are not worth your time and money.
Its not worth your families saftey either. Fire Hazard please be careful.
Very Terrible Sales & Customer Service
I was looking for a gaming computer from CyberTronpc the sales guy i talked to invited me & my family down to see what they got to offer instead the guy ends up to be a total *** acting all superior like he knew every thing about computers & then tells me & my family we are all idiots ect. I reported his butt faster then u can say X-Files so heres what happened next the manager of the sales dept does not even work with me on the price of the gaming pc I'm looking at & trys to sell me a pc out of my comfortable price range wtf is with this company.
