Terrible Experience

Brand new computer took over a month to SHIP, then it *** out after 3 months, getting them to ship out parts has been terrible first replacement (which cost me a 1K deposit) arrived DOA then the second was shipped to WRONG address... and they rarely answer emails. Hold times for tech support is also terrible. If you dont believe this review, do a search.. they are super slow on shipments and repairs
