Unable to add a street name means cancelling the order
- - Address auto-updated; street name removed; number and postcode correct.
- - T&C say the address can't be corrected and the order must be canceled; refund pending.
I placed the order all good.
When adding in my address this was auto updated and the street name was removed. The Street number and postcode are correct.
I am told that the T&C states the address can't be corrected and I need to cancel the order.
Now I have to wait for a refund to my card before I might place a new order.
This does not fill me with confidence in CyberPowerPC UK.
I am told that as the address had been verified it could not be changed. How was an incomplete address verified?
