Cyberbrake Customer Care Review from Lakeville, Minnesota

Purchased brakes on EBay. Got bid for 60% of value.

They canceled the order. They told me they were out of stock but their web sight indicated different. They told EBay that I canceled the order and I also gave a wrong address. I never canceled and payment was made through PayPal with correct address.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

Also when I can their phone number it immediately rang then disconnected. BEWARE!!!!

Cyberbrake is a *** I figure

I looked on the internet for brakes made in USA or Canada. I found Cyberbrake's website retail store with a picture of their drum brakes with a 'Made in Canada' note on the picture.

Nope. Made in China. I hope they work, they have not failed yet. But I wanted to return them, and they refused to reply.

They say they will return them within thirty days on the website, but they did not call back. I think this is a total scam.

I hope that the lesson I learned will help others avoid this disreputable company. I will not rush into buying car parts again.

Cyberbrake on EbayMotors Sells Inferior Products

this company sells inferior brake parts, i purchased the rotor and pad package.

my mechanic told me they were no good but i had him put them on 3 weeks later on a rainy day my wife and 3 small children were in the car and approaching a red light, the car did not stop it went right through the light, fortunately no accident. i went back to my mechanic and he told me to change pads immediately which i did.

Cyberbrake would told me to send pictures and they would refund, they are full of ***, no refund no correspondence.

this company sells garbage dont buy anything from them. VERY DANGEROUS, DANGER IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, BAD NEWS

This is Cyberbrake's scam on eBay,

POST the item at the lowest price

Get the bidder or buy now hooked (Since it is the best deal)

now send the comparable low grade item in lieu of the actual item they posted

you receive the item in 4-5 days

you send a message immediately after you receive the item you communicate vis message on ebay thinking you will aS A GOOD CITIZEN RESOLVE IT. They there is no solution and you want to leave a feedback and you are denied it since it is past 7 days since you bought it.

actually you only received it day before it. eBAy quote "Sorry, you can't leave a negative or neutral feedback for this PowerSeller until 7 days after purchase in the mean time, please contact the seller to try to work things out" Those listings are bogus and be aware. They know how to play by ebay rule.
