CW Flooring refused to stand behind faulty product sold inRockwall store.
- - CW Floors sold a faulty part; diagnosis needs an electrician; parts may be covered but labor costs not covered; service calls total $270.
CW Floors & Lighting sold a product with a faulty part. When I called I was told I would need to have an electrician determine what the problem was and if a part needed replacement it would be covered, but the cost of the electrician to first determine the problem, and second to make the repair when new part received would not be covered.
When phone calls did no good, I wrote a letter requesting help to the Rockwall manager and the president of the company in Denton, TX.
The letter was written a month ago, but no response has been received. These two service calls cost me a total of $270.

I ordered carpet from CW FLoors and was very happy with the salesperson. However, two days later I researched the company, their signs indicate they belong to BBB, THey do no belong to BBB.
In fact, BBB says, "There is an alert on CW FLoors," And I clicked on the alert and discovered, (verbatim from BBB website: "On 08/11/2014, the business filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 (Liquidation) of the federal Bankruptcy Act, case# 14-5****-cag. Those with monetary claims against the business are advised to obtain a Proof of Claim form by writing to United States Bankruptcy Court - Western District of Texas 615 East Houston Street, Room 597 San Antonio TX 78205 for resubmission to that court. The case number should be entered on the form.

SCAM ARTISTS
- - They shorted installers, delaying the job.
- - No military discount as advertised.
- - I was ripped off over 1K and reported them to the BBB.
They consistently shorted the installers of material which made the job longer and pulls you away from work. They did not give military discount like their website said they did.
Owner never called me always middle man so don't know if he even knew what was going on. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. Ripped me off over 1K. Reported them to the BBB.
Salesperson was always tap dancing around real answers and no help what so ever. Manager made it seem like they were helping but they really were not.
I would not refer them to my worst enemy. Terrible to treat retired military that way.
