I mailed an Rx for a controlled substance with tracking. The post office said it got there, CVS Caremark said it didn't. It isn't an emergency and is just a PRN medication, so it will not impact me that bad. I am just annoyed that the insurance company forces you to use them and if they lose your Rx there is zero recourse for the consumer. I would rather pay out of pocket then use them again!

My daughter needs medicine for a genetic disorder. it has been three weeks of daily calls from both my husband, ma, and now the endocrinologist. This is horrible three weeks without her medicine because they have a different excuse for why. And this is WITH insurance as me and my husbans woeknand have ins. I need resolution and can't get anywhere.

Worst excuse for a pharmacy, ever.I believe Are criminally neglectent and should be investigated for their incompetent if not life threatening practices. Can not understand how they get away with these issues. Again i believe they are criminally negligent.
