I actually never provided the shipping address that automatically supplied my own billing address as the shipping address, which is not the case.
I have sent several emails and tried calling, but have not gotten any finalization as to the change I requested

Duplicate orders

I ordere a gift for my granddaughter on Sunday. My email said i had left something in my bag.
But showed me nothing. I received no order confirmation so i reordered. Now i see TWO are being sent. I only want one of course.

The promo code you sent me doesn’t work
- - I contacted the company the day after submitting the review.
- - They said the code was case sensitive and the case given was wrong.
I contacted the company directly the day after I sent in this review. They were very good.
We did it several back-and-forth till they understood that the code they gave me was case sensitive, except that they gave me the wrong case. Once they realized their mistake, they took full responsibility and offered an additional discount..
Bottom line, they did the right thing by the consumer and I will always say good things about this company because of it.
