Impossible to reach Cuup customer service. Impossible to track my order.
Its been 11 days now since they charged my card. Id like to know when my order is supposed to arrive.

i placed an order paying with the wrong credit card, i looked through their website for a method to cancel on my own through my account and it doesnt exist. i called and emailed that day - monday.
yesterday i saw that my order shipped. today i received an email response of sorts. i addresses last christmas return policy.
also - i used to pay for an $88 bra from a major dept store, i found CUUP and switched to them. my last order was the first time the quality of merchandise was off.
normally i can stack my bras and they all match, last time they did not.
with the poor customer service, i will look at the quality for this order and if not as expected, it will be my last. i will update to say if they are off or back to good quality.

What happen is you took money off my car and I haven't received anything and what does this company even sell anyway I did not authorize you to take any money off my card so with that being said somebody needs to contact me or explain why you taking money off my car without my authorization or show me what I was supposed to got from you guys what do you even sell anyway

I purchased a bra that was on sale. I followed their size chart measurements to a "T." The bra band was extremely tight - completely unwearable.
The rest of the bra cut into my back and arm pits. Worst fit ever. They refused to refund my money because it was a "sale" bra. They essentially lied about the fit I would get using their size chart.
Imagine purchasing a pair of shoes from a company that insisted that you use their measurement chart for an accurate fit, and the shoes arrive in an unwearable size and then they refuse to give you a refund. That is what happened to me.
Do NOT waste your money with this company. Their customer service and sizing is horrible.
- Bra-band is rigid and tight
