Ordered two pairs of pants. One size was too small needed a bigger size. The other size was sent from the company in a wrong size.

Return/exchange
I returned three products to them for a total of cost to $270. It was done by FedEx per their shipping instructions.
I was told by my credit card company after a dispute that they cant get in touch with cuts. Furthermore, there is no tracking number associated with this return.
FedEx is saying that it has been returned to them per their system by other numbers. There needs to be some sort of customer service line where I can talk to a cuts representative directly.
Where is my refund
I have returned some of the items that I had purchased, and l received an email that the items have been received, but its been a long time that I havent been refunded.
