Beware of what the company claims about their products

- - Couch cover not waterproof and not the design.
- - Shipment delayed; pillow covers not received; paid $39.95.
On January 19, 2020, I placed an order in cutepandastore.com. The product specifications states the following : PROTECT: This basic slipcover shields and protects your furniture from spills, stains, wear and tear to prevent it from getting ruined.
It is great for homes with pets, or for anyone seeking an economical solution for furniture protection.
Their is even a short video in the website showing that the couch covers are waterproof. The product I received is not waterproof. I also did not received the design that I ordered. There was a delay of shipment because the Coronavirus and warehouse is in China.
Customer service was not proactive in updating me of the delay. Customer service also mentioned that they were going to send pillow covers but I never received them. I paid $ 39.95 for a couch cover I thought was waterproof and when I checked the website the price is $ 24.95.
I called the phone number listed in the website but that number is not in service. I emailed customer service but havent heard back from them.
