Absolute scam
- Jumper didn’t match the photo; it shows a cat face, not the outline.
- Refund refused; they say the photo can’t be copied and rely on creativity.
I ordered a customised jumper that was meant to have an outline of my cat, his body was in the photo I sent, and I received an outline of a random cat face, does not look anything like the photo I sent, they refused to give me a refund and said that they can't copy the photo exactly and they have to use 'creativity absolute bs, $108 down the drain and on top of that the jumper is such a terrible quality and took weeks to even get shipped
