After 2 tries at producing the job for me, it was not correct and they would not make good on it. I gave clear & concise instruction (I am a design professional) and they said they could produce the product.
I made notes in my proof approval and asked a chat "expert" and the product still was incorrect. They would not make good on the euro and I am throwing over $100.00 in the garbage ****CUSTOMERS BEWARE****

- Die cut stickers cracked and peeled in 4 months.
- They said it must be smooth-surface only; a glass photo was said to work, then no reply.
I ordered die cut stickers for exterior use and then cracked and peeled within 4 months. When I contacted customer service they said they have to be applied to smooth surfaces but the picture I sent then was the decal applied to GLASS.
When I pointed out that I sent a photo of the failed decal on glass they said "That will work on glass." Then they just stopped responding to me. They just want your money!

I needed stickers for the PTA at my kids school, looked around and needed something pretty basic. Ordering was easy, uploaded multiple logo.
The stickers arrived quickly but the coloration was WRONG, the background is blue, it came out purple. Lettering that is white, came out teal...Told me that it was my fault because I ordered "Matte" Stickers that made the color darker.
Won't accept returns, or refunds even if I can use them. Not worth the headache

Ordered transfer decals from them; they don't actually make the decals themselves, they farm it out to a third party. Probably someone who is just learning how to use a Cricut.
Communications were poor, took a very long time to get, quality was terrible. If you want decals, go somewhere else.
