Custom Ink does not have good customer service what-so-ever

Terrible experience with Custom Ink. I have been working on a design for over a week, with them. I need the order by a specific date but they are having trouble with their "review process" so I was not sure if they would be able to get the design done by the time I needed it. Since they could not guarantee the date of the order and I have a bunch of people relying on this order I decided to cancel and go with another company. Now all of the money is in limbo and I called them back and said to just go ahead with the order because I wont have the funds to process a new order with another company since the money is in limbo with Custom Ink. They said they need to charge me again for the order. I am pissed beyond belief that this organization cant get themselves together enough to even apologize about this situation. I am fuming.
