I got a late delivery, more than once actually, and the time I called them on it, they wouldn't offer a cash voucher as stipulated in the guarantee. Whoever called me back offered me a soft drink, which I refused and eventually he offered me a burger, which I accepted.
When it was delivered, the delivery person seemed to be scolding me, though I couldn't follow his Chinese. Since then, I can't log in to place an order. They seem to have black-listed my phone number. This took place in China, Guangdong, Shenzhen, Nanshan, Huaqiaocheng
Larson Doors - Glass broken during install

The instructions don’t indicate the glass is completely free of the door. The glass panel fell out and shattered before I even installed the door.
Instructions were read before installation. The door was $300 new. The replacement glass panel is $200. Glass fell out as I was positioning the door to attach the hinge.
Huge dangerous mess. Very disappointed in Larson. I’m calling first thing to see what they’ll do about it. I’m sure they’ll say it’s my fault.
Notice to others.
Before you do anything get the glass panel out of the door and put somewhere safe. This should be the first thing you read on the instructions list.
