Purchased 2 tops and a pair of pants from “the limited” aka belk and they were huge not sized like the Limited clothing. I called because I didn’t receive a return label The girl was nice enough but absolutely wouldn’t send me a return label. Said they don’t pay for returns. I guess I won’t be buying from them anymore as shopping on the internet needs free returns since you can’t try them on.

I have never been more rudely treated than by someone like Kathryn who is supposedly management. She refused to listen to what I told her and treated me like garbage the entire time it was on the phone.
