we purchased the nuwave oven, with a free one, as well. my wife has not been happy with the product nor being able to speak with a live human being. Worse, no one returns call, We need to return this product for a full refund. please call 361-446-1810 and leave your name and direct line number to speak with an agent.

I decided to cancel an appointment due to the dentist coming off extremely rude after asking questions. I was told there was a 200.00 cancellation fee for appointments.???
So when i canceled i made sure to do it 2 days after i scheduled it since they claim "they charge you if its not canceled within hours". I am still recieving a message saying that i have my appointment. I Called customer service , waited for someone to answer for 2 hours. I am completely disgusted with the lack of professionalism at my local branch but wow.
Hold wait for 2 hours and still cant get anyone??????
That says alot about this company. Great expressions is more like WORTS IMPRESSIONS.
