Call not connecting

Zpdi and Custom Teleconnect allowing Fraudulent Collect Charges

September 2010,my phone bill shows two charges for collect calls and miscellaneous charges equalling $72.93. We never accepted a collect call!

The customer service said I used the service. Then I demanded to speak with the supervisor. The customer service rep came to the line saying that the supervisor was on another call but they would give me a 40% discount for these collect charges. Pay for fraud?

What insanity! Also, the rep said she was not allowed to give me the supervisors name!

I called again and they offered a 70% discount! Pay for fraud on sale?!?
