My debit card was charged
I received a charge without my consent for $28.00. I don't know how this company gas access to my credit card #?

Call not connecting
I was charged for two separate calls and only the second call connected not the first one. I would like a refund of the first call that was not connected.

i received collect calls from my son in Las Vegas from a pay phone, i got 2 calls one day from him and then another one 2 days later from the same phone, when i checked by bank i was charged for 4 calls and the total was over $114 and two calls were cut off d/t reception

Zpdi and Custom Teleconnect allowing Fraudulent Collect Charges
September 2010,my phone bill shows two charges for collect calls and miscellaneous charges equalling $72.93. We never accepted a collect call!
The customer service said I used the service. Then I demanded to speak with the supervisor. The customer service rep came to the line saying that the supervisor was on another call but they would give me a 40% discount for these collect charges. Pay for fraud?
What insanity! Also, the rep said she was not allowed to give me the supervisors name!
I called again and they offered a 70% discount! Pay for fraud on sale?!?
