I ordered a pair of inserts for my daughters shoes and they had to be re-made twice because they fit wrong. After sending back for the second time 4 months later I call and they say " I agree this has taken far to long, I lost the mold of your daughters foot".
They never called to tell me! So after a long discussion the doctor (owner) said he would issue a refund of $125.00. Now, they avoid all my phone calls and messages. I am still waiting for my return, I guess I am expected to drive to Utah and pick it up myself!
Custom Orthotic is a company with has STOLEN $125.00 from me and I wish to let everyone know of this before they do business with this cheating company. I know this is now way to treat a customer and it is illegal because no service was rendered for a fee that was collected
