My Interior Decorator recommended "Custom Designed" from Montclair NJ to build a custom vanity in my bathroom. What a disaster!!! Not only that the material is worse than IKEA's, completely incompetent carpenters and installers, could not get the job done correctly after few attempts, installed damaged vanity!!!how smart is that? after almost 5 months of going back and forth the owner was still trying to get it done but I said "NO". enough is enough. I didn't want any more workers coming to my house and asked for a refund...I could not tolerate the ignorance and incompetence any longer. The owner refused to refund my money....I am stuck and can't get my money back...I trusted my Decorator and the company and paid them in full before the job was completed..The owner was smart enough to come with the workers in the morning and collect his paycheck....Little I knew he newer checked the vanity after it came back from his shop for the third time!!! The installers put in the grossly damaged vanity and hand cut the inside drawers where it still didn't fit!!!! Stay away from them...My vanity looks like it was made by Highschoolers and cost me 3400$!!!! Custom Designed From Montclair NJ you cost me a lot of $$$ and headache...Hope people will learn about how you treated me and will stay away from you!
