Custom Camera Collection

Don't I watse your money on this product. I purchased a party pack of cameras for my daughter's grad party to use as props for the guests to take pictures.

The venue was well lighted and the party took place during daylight hours. It cost me $50 for the 5 pack and $80 for the development.

The picture quality was so poor and it saddens me that I don't have any pictures of the once in a life time special occasion. I paid $130 for ***.

I ordered 40 cameras inprinted. They came in with the wrong name even after I had seen the proof.

They were redone and I sent back the incorrect ones. People were having trouble using them at the party and many of these people are photographers from a local photography club. When I took the covers off, I realized that they were all taped in order to hide {{REDACTED}}. Julie told me they are all recycled.When I read their "about us" page there is nothing about being recycled.

Julie told me it is on the FAQ page, but I had no questions so no need to seek that out.

I am sure they count on that. So in addition to being embarrassed when my guests saw the taped cameras, I have many cameras with untaken pictures.Never again would I use a company that is so deceptive.

This is a total scam. I ordered 10 cameras from this company - one camera didn't develop at all, only about 15% of the remaining film (total) came out at and most of the developed photos had awful red streaks on them or were too dark to even see.

Every single one of these photos should have come out perfectly considering the environment that they were taken in (flash and all).

Not only am I out of the money I spent on them (plus over $100 in the developing of the film) but I've lost the opportunity to capture the moments that they were meant to. The BBB should shut them down.

I ordered 30 cameras (yes 30) online for my company, I received a confirmation of the order immediately after placing it. Five (5) days later (yesterday) I received a phone message from Julie requesting that I verify placement of the order because the phone number was incomplete". Today I called her back and she immediately began berating me on how much TROUBLE she went through to find my phone number and email address and then asked me to verify the order/. I told her I received a confirmation email that the order was placed 5 days ago (they obviously had my email address) and was waiting for them to arrive - my credit card was charged so why did she need to chase me down to get my full phone number and why wait 5 days?

She began to go on a tirade announced said she was going to cancel my order".? I had her on speaker phone in my office (I wasn't alone) my guest couldn't believe what she heard! I told her I would like to speak with the owner of the company to which she replied - the owner is not in this state and I am the manager and I am canceling the order - she would not like give me the owners information!. So buyer s beware this company has allowed a tyrant to become a manager who has no customer service skills:.

In this economy I bet the owner would like to have a lot more people like her working for them - NOT?. My mission is now to find the owner of this company or it's parent company and send them this?.

Remember the name - Custom Camera Collection - VA'. Too bad the pricing was competitive but I would rather pay a higher price than deal with that person again!
