I have reached out to customer service and they are not at all apologetic, in fact they are rude. Will never order another product from them.

I bought was what supposed to be 4 inch outdoor cushions.. I got the sunbrella more expensive fabric and spent over $800.
Thinking I wouldn't need to buy more cushions for several years. I couldn't believe how *** the cushions were. The 4 inches smashed down to maybe a half inch. I immediately called there customer service to return them.
They said they are not refundable. What the ***. These only looked pretty but not serviceable as a cushion at all. They finally relented to allow me to return them with a $200 loss for shipping.
I will never buy from them again. What was weird was that when I went back online to look at the cushions I couldn't find the same item numbers I thought I ordered.
I think they have a scam going on this product. So beware you may not be able to afford to do business with this dishonest company.

Ordered 5" thick exterior chair cushions & lumbar pillow on April 23. Delayed delivery date twice.
Customer service was no help as it comes from a different company. Arrived May 18. Foam had Very Poor quality- it would be flat in no time. Called to return.
It will cost almost $25.
to return. Wonder how they make their money. Extremely disappointed.
