Checking on a return and a reorder

Did you or did you not receive my return and I did a separate order to order the same dress but in a different size. I was expecting to have receive both my reordered dress (which I paid $70 and my refund for the dress I returned (which was paid $70). Please send me the status of this complaint. Pissed because you dont get to speak to anyone regarding your issues. Simply nerve wrecking
