Defective stitching on bra
- - Purchased a £20 Curvy Kate bra in October; the back-strap stitching has failed.
- - Retailer is no longer trading; I want a refund or exchange.
I bought a bra in October from a retailer that is no longer trading. The stitching on the back that links the back to the strap has gave way resulting in the bra being of no useable use.
I only ever wear Curvy Kate and my bras last at least a year before a wire pops etc but I've never had a bra strap break. I paid £20 for the bra and I'd expect to get a years wear from it.
I'm looking for you to refund my purchase or give me an exchange please as the retailer I bought it from is no longer in business.
