Resolved: Took 3 years of repeated attempts by Curtis to replace expensive cabinets that had bad paint job.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Pissed consumer contacted Curtis after I tried for weeks.
overall, Curtis has been verbally responsive, but made a LOT of errors in ordering and installing cabinets. Very poor quality control.
User's recommendation: Don't get painted cabinets from Curtis.
