SCAM!
SCAM! They get away with giving you only 20% refund because it costs $300 to send in back! The credit card companies and PayPal both require you to send your item back for a full refund. So, even though they sent me the wrong color print all I could get back was 20% of my money!

Terrible business practices. Sent me the wrong length of curtains and Ive been going back and forth with them for months about the replacement. Have wasted at least 10 hrs of my time on this. Every week they report the item is ready to be shipped or that it will be going out in 5 days
