Unfortunately they wont help you with that. I am in the same boat with several tries.
All they ask you is to provide your personal information including your Gov. ID and then they just say you are permanently banned and cant do anything about it (even though you never successfully signed up and owned an account on curtsy and you are providing your true identity)
Also, I consider you n me lucky as we are banned before we even sold anything. It looks like they ban accounts for no reason and people have lost products and money as they were banned after they have sold items and the transaction is still in progress. https://***/
