Worst experience ever in buying a car

I recently purchased a car from curry nissan. While we were taking the car for a test drive, my wife was in the back seat. She told me she said I hear a squeaking noise, but no one heard her and then she just put it off. We purchased the car thinking everything was ok, but soon found out it wasn't. First we were called back a few times because they kept forgetting paperwork. After taking the car home I then heard the sound my wife was trying to tell us about. Well we had to have the car sent to service after having it one week. It was something major with the back brakes and would love to know how the car passed inspection. After that I was recently called back in to fill out more paperwork, because we have now found out that the original finance guy that did the paperwork has been fired. I drove all the way up there again and realized that the guy who got fired had illegally signed my name on papers. We had to sign a whole knew contract and still have to fax paperwork to the new financial guy that has taken over for the first guy. After coming home and looking at the papers I realize that my first payment should be do today. I have not even received it because of your company. Now I will have the first payment being late. I guess you think handing me simon gift card made up for all of this. I am still getting the run around to where the spare key is. I have only received one. (it is a used car) After this experience I can ensure you that I would never purchase a car from curry nissan again. I am also making sure I tell everyone I know what a horrible experience this has been. I am also looking into hiring a lawyer, because how dare a company forge my name on documents. What is really going on at that dealership. When I went to have the picture taking for my insurance company they asked me where the sunroof was since that is what your financial department told them I have. Which I do not!

Extended warranty

My daughter purchased a 2010 VW Jetta which I went and viewed with her initially. When she went down to pick up the car the sales "manager" Dustin forced her into purchasing the warranty just to boost his commission. We went down to the dealership filled out paperwork to cancel the policy that he just threw away because two months later she got the warranty in the mail. Taking advantage of a young girl really?? Just to put a couple more dollars in your pocket really?? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CURRY NISSAN!!!! Old school high pressure sales tricks, pissed doesn't begin to explain it
