Bad purchase
- - Promised 5% loan but got 8.5% after paperwork.
- - Car had 34,000 miles and tires were worn.
- - I also had to get brakes and a battery.
i bought a 2014 ford focus, first they gave me a 8.5 percent loan after running my credit which was 770 score, told me it was 5 percent until i got the paper work. the car had 34,000 miles on it and when i went for an oil change they told me all my tires were shot, i had to buy new tires but i bought them from somewhere else because their price was too high, also had to get brakes and a battery, and this car was supposed to be checked and certified by the dealer before purchase i was ripped off and cost me alot of money .
i am a disabled senior citizen. i give them 1 star :
