Was promised 15% off first order was never given. Was sent promotional text offering additional 30% off already reduced prices and was never given

They ihave not done anything. They lied about the further discounts and refused to give the price adjustment even though I sent them all the screenshots of the additional 30% off sale prices and my size still available.
I ordered the item and thought no worries they will make price adjustment. I had not yet received the item when I reached out to what I now think must be chat bots on their emails, I was told I have to give the promotional code to them to get the discount. I told them I was never given the promotional code and asked again for the 15% I was ignored. I phoned and phoned and phoned and email repeatedly, and nobody ever picked up the phone or phoned me back.
A week later, I was sent a promotional text message offering an additional 30% off already reduced prices. They still had my size, so I took screenshots and asked for the price adjustments.
I was told NO and to phone their customer service number, which NEVER PICKS UP AND NEVER CALLS BACK. The company charged me an additional 20 dollars for duties and than USP charged me another 40 before I was able to receive my item
