Deposit refusal

Current Com - Deposit refusal
I've been a client of Current bank since 2019. Today my account had a deposit made to me, well attempted to be made. Current refused the deposit. Their phone was down so I contacted support thru the app. I asked why my deposit was refused. I then asked for a working number so I could call someone to discuss this. I was told the phones were temporarily off. At first the rep said my information didn't match that's why they refused it. I knew this was not true. I stated as much and sent a picture of my depositing account showing it did match. After about 10/15 minutes they came back to the chat saying they don't accept sba money to a personal account. Even though the sba payment clearly noted it was for MISC PAY. Mind you the bank did all this via chat. They said their phone lines were temporarily off. At which point I told the rep a FDIC bank must have an active phone line. Mind you I have an active account with them in good standing since 2019, same race and address since the beginning. I was receiving a deposit, not doing business on this account. Of course this faux bank isnt solid enough to conduct business with as a business account. Though I mistakenly thought it was able to receive and transfer. Come to find out they started as a teen account provider. Given this transaction it makes sense. Abusing teens with no phone access makes sense I guess.

User's recommendation: Dont risk your money with this fake bank, they dont even have guaranted phone support.

Finally today, after having also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau they opened my account again:Allison (Current) Jan 3, 6:02 PM EST Hi Karen Rowell,I wanted to update you about the status of your account. The pause has been removed and you can begin using your account again.The account was temporarily paused while we were reviewing some of the most recent deposit activity.

It started out good. Had cards for 3 kids. Shortly before Christmas I moved money from my bank to the cards as gits when I suddenly found my account ‘under review’ with all money and the cards blocked without explanation. Emails are being answered with “just wait a bit”, “we’ll escalate to management” but no action. What is going on with this outfit? Now a few days later, they confirmed that the $500 I put into the kids cards 'have settled' but still no one including me can access the account or the money. They don't even answer emails anymore
