False advertising and poor product quality

I ordered some hoodies online from a company named Curls and Bubbles, a childrens clothing retailer, for holiday gifts to my grandchildren. The photos shown of the products I ordered looked to be high quality with zippers and fleece fabric.
The prices charged were for high quality merchandise. When they arrived, there were no zippers, and fabric was not fleece, but a cheap cotton jersey. I contacted them and asked for a refund as I was going to return the products. I was informed that they only offer refunds for wrong size or damaged goods.
The products I received are inferior and I would be embarrassed to give them as gifts. The photos showed something other than what I received.
