Curio Cabinet

I ordered fron Eastern Curio, David Shu, a cabinet. They told me that shipping and delivery would be managed by them for $350 all included.

The shipping wast to the port, no delivery to my door, and I had to pay $650 of Custom that they didn't mention earlier, even if I specifically asked them.

When I tried to contact them, they played games, asking me how I want to be refunded, but the refund never arrived. The licenced broker they gave me to manage the custom, David Chu, was actually part of the shipping company and Eastern Curio too.

I purchased the curio cabinet, found out later I had to pay for shipping $159. It finally arrived and for the past 2 weeks my husband has been trying to put this piece of *** together.

nothing fits, dowels too short, holes drilled wrong, shelves don't fit, front door doesn't even come close to fitting. It has been over 30 days and I don't know what to do now.

I've tried calling but no one answers. I'm really angry about this and would like to know what I'm supposed to do to get it fixed.
