I had started to order a putter, entered credit card, but did not click to submit order. I received no order confirmation, nor shipping confirmation, but the putter arrived by UPS and my credit card was charged.
I have called the phone number shown on the shipping label, but can reach only voice mail and I have left 3 messages, I have also filled in a request form on their website, and there has been no response.
There is a different phone number on the website, but when I call that #, "the number you have dialed is not valid". It appears that I will have to resolve this with my credit card company.
