Sent a legal letter as advised by Trading Standards and Citizens Advice. They then sent me emails & Tele calls offering huge discounts.
They have issued a refund so fingers crossed. Also my bank has asked for a charge back.

The same here, after 8 mths of good service until now. They took money for 15mg on 16/6 without telling me no stock.
Then I had to wait for video consultation after sending many emails they asked again for photos (have sent pics 3 times). Was offered 10mg I accepted. Now they are saying Order on hold pending photos and all my direct emails are bouncing back as Spam. Used their website ticket messaging no reply.
Today 4/7 will miss 2nd injection. What else can I do as don't want to move suppliers and start back on 2.5mg.

- Poor Curate service; stock delays and payment taken at order.
- A video consultation was required; waited two weeks, then heard nothing about despatch.
Order number #257244: Poor service once again from Curate. Been with them for over 6 months but things have really gone downhill.
My last pen was delayed for nearly a month due to stock issues, though they did not communicate this and happily took my money at point of order. This time I allowed even more time for my order to be fulfilled but they requested a video consultation. I had to wait two weeks for a slot, but duly completed it last Friday and received a call from a pharmacist later the same day to say I was approved and the pen would be despatched urgently to ensure I dont miss my next dose. Unsurprisingly, I have heard nothing and my Curate account has not even updated to show Ive had the consultation, never mind been approved.
Come on Curate!!! You need to do better than this .
