Resolved: I would prefer not to make connections with people out of the age range I specified.
Fixed! Customer support responded to my issue and helped me adjust the filter settings. Everything is working exactly the way it's supposed to.
I would prefer not to make connections with people out of the age range I specified. Only young women keep popping up to chat on my screen, and I'm definitely not looking for someone my daughter's age. Please fix the preference settings.

Refund
Still havnt resolved my issue...still havnt received product after 5 weeks...nor hav I received a refund of any sort
They took money out my account...robbed me...and then when asked to refund they gave me the run around...they said product was 60 bucks and they take 130 bucks from account...watch out for these people guys!

I no longer wish to be on this site and have called (6) times trying to UNSUBSCRIBE and been HUNG UP on each time during the conversation. At this point I am going to move forward to looking into the creditability of this web site and let people know how difficult they are to deal with.
