Had a coupon free oil change they stripped the oil drain plug
- - Drain plug was stripped during an oil change, causing a leak; manager promised reimbursement but was rarely in, left notes, and calls stopped.
They stripped the drain plug when they changed the oil in my car I drove the car home and parked it in the garage didn't drive it for a couple of days went to drive the car a large puddle of oil under the car. I went back 5 times to the service department talked the the service manager he said they would reimburse me for the fixing of the drain plug that I took my car to another shop.
He told me to come back in a couple of days I went back 4 times ( 5 times total.) He was never in his office the last 4 times I left notes on his desk and the bill on his desk.
he does not return any calls. The dealership manager said it was not their fault.
