Wasted about five weeks of my time with excuses

I went to Cultured Marble Products, Merced St. San Leandro and met a very nice gentlemen who quoted me prices on a specific product. He also volunteered his installer Juan for a side job. He indicated he was a licensed contractor. First he forgot my phone number so he stood me up on the first appointment. Then his trnuck was broken. I waited about three weeks and called them back and asked how long a truck could be broke. He told his boss I said I wanted to go with the original contractors (just explaining the back story) - his misunderstanding. I do talk fast so some responsibility lies with me. Another appointment was set-up for 9:30 and if he as late, worst case 10:00 he would call me. I waited until 11:15 and left. I do not think this individual is forthcoming nor do I think he would be reliable to complete a job as requested. He seems to process things at a level which is not conducive to successful job completion. Don't fall for it.
