When I placed the order. With CuffLinks, the system auto populated the "send to" area with an address to my grandson in Idaho instead of my home address in California.
I realized it after completing the order at 1:00 am in the morning. I called the company first thing the next morning and they were able to change the address for me. I received several texts that the order was being sent (to the correct address, but on the day that it was to arrive, the messages indicated that it would arrive in Idaho. I kept calling the customer service number and finally left a message.
I had called on Good Friday and found out that their company and warehouse were closed for the day, but the woman who responded to my call figured out what had happened and attempted several options to fulfill the order within 24 hours. Her final attempt worked.
I am over the moon about this company and particularly about their customer service. They will have my business forever!
