No response just want it replaced but haven't heard anything

The battery is not working anymore it I've only had it for about 45 days and the battery is not charging anymore I have the thing charged I press it and the one of the straps is starting to break so I love it I liked it but I just was wanting to get a new one because this one is not working that what I paid forI I like the item I just the battery just did not work some of the the summit got torn I recommend the item I loved it for the 35 or 45 days I have it I even had somebody else buy it but I just all I want is a new one so that's all I'm trying to reach out about

User's recommendation: I think it's a wonderful item it just maybe I've got a wrong or you know one that did not work you know I have 45 or 50 days then the battery just stopped working so it's a nice product I love it and I actually even had somebody else buy one cuz they tried mine it's just maybe I got to disaffected one I don't know but all I'm asking is to get a replacement that's it I don't want anything else

The battery does not charge had it a little over 30 days I have charged it numerous ways I like it just asking for replacement but can't find number to call them. I have tried everything I can possibly do.

Can you give me there customer service number. Just want replacement
