I tried to cancel the donations that are coming out of my credit card every month. I never signed up for that and I was have been tried twice now on it.

Im unable to do it. Im tired of this runaround. I dont have time for this. Im a busy person.

I have two dogs and I cannot afford this.

I need a phone number. I can deal with where I can talk to a person now.

Still no refund! Called and was submitting cancellation and ssending money back but nothing ca m e!!

If a dog needs urgent surgery, why are you suggesting items to buy and not requesting donations until the funds needed for surgery are raised? Referencing Magnolias, needed $4,500 surgery.

Ordered because of all the great reviews which spoke of fast orders processed. Very vague info from the company, but I had to search all over the internet to find a phone number for them!

It's not on their website anywhere! Then when I called, a machine told me to use live chat. Very dissatisfied! Someone needs to check into this.

I rescued my dog from a homeless person, and he was severely underweight. My dog needs this special diet!

Not able to speak with live contact. It should be easier to obtain a number and get a customer service rep on the line to answer questions.

It would make it easier for new people to feel comfortable donating.

I was just asking when I called to ask that you skip this months payment not yet made but to change my payment date to 5th of month! I dont know where that awful expression came from .not me!!

So if I cant talk with someone on the phone please cancel my monthly payment!

I tried to order two treats for my pet, and somehow I am being charged for 102 dollars. Please call me, or I will have to contact my bank to cancel my card tomorrow.

Again, I simply chose this option by mistake and have never been angry at Cuddly. I admire and appreciate everything they do for animals. I contribute to them very often.

It was never reduced. It's all taken care of.

This is a great company that helps animal shelters and rescues support their animals.

I have been a subscriber to cuddly club for 2 years now.

I see that people complain of high prices but they don't charge shipping or taxes. Some people don't know math.

This company has a great mission. They help the animal shelters that help animals in need of food, shelter and medical care.

I subscribe to the club and am able to donate my small 10 dollars every month to help these poor animals.

Fraudulently charge me monthly without permission after my one time donation. I had to call my bank.
