I was moving into a new property and was given go live date as 27th March. On contacting customer service today that order has not been processed.

Hi
I am aware that my direct debit has changed and also my email which is preventing me from getting into my account!!!
Unfortunately my bank account has been compromised someone has been using it to make fraudulent transaction so I have no closed the account and set up another which I have the details for!

I am unable to access my account as I have no access to that email as my number has changed also but I can update that when I get into my account!!
Can you direct me the best way to set my direct debit back up also please and is it possible I can pay this by the 5th please as my wages dont go into my new account till then Im not completely a switch so I need to manually set back up my direct debit, my sincere apologies for any inconvenience.

Internet was ment to go live but still hasn't
Not sure yet as issue has not been resolved will leave a review if my internet is sorted as it was ment to go live weeks ago but still hasnt when I mange to talk to someone about my issue I will most certainly and definitely leave a review but I cant leave one as of yet as I havent had this issue resolved as of yet thank you

Referred my friend but none of us received 20 quid each
I referred my friend Mrs J WILSON of 59 Longsdale Avenue New Carron Falkirk FK27HZ 0788106**** and she signed up for broadband but none of has heard back about the £20 each were supposed to get for inviting a friend, she had never heard of your company and wouldn't have signed up if it wasn't for me. So what happens now.
