Problem setting up into app

Why doI have to keep writing to you and I am not getting the help I need. I am 81 years old and I cannot connect to Alexa because it says that the device has not been tested by Amazon.

If this is the case, I will be returning the watch for a full refund.P lease respond with a phone call. 215-421-****
