Chaska location is awful
Rude employees who never want to help. Cashiers have verbally berated me and other shoppers.
Its one of the few stores I can spend 30 minutes in, check myself out and leave the store without one single interaction with an employee.
If I was not already paying more for nearly everything at Cub (their pricing is not competitive with others in the twin cities) this just adds insult to injury. Do yourself a favor and drive by and shop somewhere where they at least value you as a customer.

Un-happy with prices
I shop Cub Foods because it's conveniently close to my home. But lately the prices have climbed into the stratosphere.
A bag of standard groceries usually rings in around $100.00 give or take. The final straw for me was the $12.00 bag of grapes. Absolutely ridiculous...$7.00 a pound?...WTF! Their prices are far higher than nearly every one of their competitors.
At this point.. (so I don't need to second mortgage my house to feed my family), I will be making the out of the way drive to literally any other grocery store in the area.

When I went to cub in Invergrove a town I do not live in and never usually shop there I got a voucher for my change .. What do you think would happiness if I filled my cart and said here is a voucher iou fir next time I visit ??
That would be called stealing and cops would have been called... I'm pissed and still feel like they took my money how many people throw it away or never use it?

Obviously you inconvenience me by not giving me my change how about you can make it up to me you bring it to my house so I don't have to make another trip to your *** *** store oh *** my man. And it's not mad about the lawsuit 52 cents I'm mad about the manager saying well it's only 52 cents and then I said I want it call the cops I don't care shove it up your *** this machine is no good.
Well you can have something for 52 cents I said okay give me something for 52 cents well we don't have anything in the store for 52 cents. The bottom line is I told the kid look it I'm not mad at you it's not your choice to do this but I'm sure pissed off at Cub that's for sure and they're going to hear it so there you go have a *** nice day if you feel like you would like to be short and change of your money basically fleeced don't go shopping here at Cub that's my future comments to your customers

Customer service was short with me A manager had to be called I almost called the police on Cub Foods

We have a Shelter in Boksburg we shelter the homless and destitude people we have 270 people living in the center 65 are children we are in big need off food supplies , vouchers ,cash donations we also have a Fedinf scheme in Brakpan and Boksburg we feed over 1500 people each day please we need help we are a NPO And do not receive any help from the Goverment

I had one issue a very long time ago with cub and it took two months to resolve one small issue, this I expect will be months minimum!!
So I am in the store shopping and I notice the security secret shopper ppl following me around. I am very shocked due to the fact they know that I know who they are! It's probably because lately I have noticed how badly up kept the store is, and I have pictures behind it. They approach me and say, "I am so sorry, we know you shop here all the time, but the boss told us to watch you.
We are not sure why, we know you're not doing anything wrong, but we just wanted to let you know." I was appalled!!! They kept apologizing, knowing I spend no less than $100 every other day I shop. I have three kids. The sanitary order of that store about made me vomit.
I have pictures to prove with dead flies, off looking slimy bugs under the cold food shelves and stored extra food. Crumbs and dirt everywhere around the frozen food, especially on the bottom shelf. Obviously, they don't wipe or clean anything before they stock. They just keep stacking food on top of dirty, disgusting dust and what looks like mold.
The biggest problem is now I started noticing the same things in my fridge and kitchen floor and around my house. I believe from cub foods being irresponsible with their Sanitary upkeep, it has been passed onto my home whatever pantry pests they have built up in their store is now obviously in my home!!!! I can't afford pest control!! Furthermore, I will send pictures upon request, as there is nowhere to put them in this email.
On top of all this, I looked at my card statements from August 13th and cub was supposed to only charge me $58.99 but on top of that charged me four extra times with two charges of $52 and two more charges of $54!!!
I want a phone call right away to refund this needed money returned. My bank said it's cub's responsibility to make this right!!!

Weekly paper of sale items
Making digital only rather than print weekly ads is inconvenient and irritating! Rival Hy Vee just recently put out the paper version, much appreciated!

Rude employees and poor customer service.
I have been a loyal shopper of Cub Foods in Duluth since they have opened. Back then all the staff were courteous, helpful and respectful...not anymore.
Now you have young workers that walk around texting or have ear buds in. You ask where something is and then do not even acknowledge you are there. If they do they just reply I don't know and go on with their texting. Even Walmart has personnel trained more appropriate than Cubs.
The older workers are treated like dirt and they are the ones that have made the Cub store in Duluth. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The Manager there was working Customer Service Counter. He saw me standing there for several minutes but waited on a young lady that had just come up to the counter.
He is a sexist *** Also Mason at the Customer Service Counter when he does show up for work is never at the counter.
He is out running around the store for whatever reason it is not helping other customers. I no longer purchase groceries at Cub!

I HAVE BEEN A CUB SHOPPER FOR MANY YEARS. IT SEEMS LIKE LATELY EVERY TIME I GO TO CUB IN BLAINE THERE ARE NUMEROUS CUSTOMERS NOT WEARING THE REQUIRED MASKS.
I SPOKE WITH A MANAGER AND HE SAID CORPORATION SAID THEY WERE TO DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. I ASKED HIM, THIS SUMMER IF I WAS NOT WEARING A SHIRT AND SHOES WOULD YOU SERVE ME AND HE SAID NO. WHAT HEALTH DANGER WOULD I BE? I AM 80 YEARS OLD AND SURVIVED LUNG CANCER AND OPEN HEART SURGERY AND DO NOT PLAN ON DYING BECAUSE OF CUB FOODS LACK OF ENFORCEMENT.
I HAVE STOPPED SHOPPING AT CUB AND NOW SHOP AT WALLMART, THEY HAVE A SECURITY OFFICER AT THE ENTRANCE. I ALSO WILL ENCOURAGE EVERYONE I KNOW TO ALSO BOYCOTT CUB FOODS.

Requesting mask free times
I have a medical condition after being exposed to Tuberculosis & a year of treatment that wearing a mask can be dangerous to me. I request the store to provide a solution to those like myself
Some of us have health/medical disabilites &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; SHOULD NOT wear a mask. Cub needs to give times to shop mask free so we can buy food

My guess is the register was out of some of the bills or coins needed to give you change. I bet that if you took that receipt to the service desk they could have given you your change.
