Here's an update for the embarrassingly blatant lies that anchutz has put into my medical records. Let's start with Joel Green, the supposed manager there. He hasn't returned one of my calls and everytime I try to call the anchutz mental health department they refuse to let me speak to someone in higher management. I've called and tried to speak to someone there at least 14 times in the last 4 days about the blatant lies that they put into my medical records and they want me to prove that it is false?!!!And the horrible part about it is that the so called director Joel Green is refusing to remove the blatant outrageous lies that were written in my mental health records!!! Also, it seems to me that they *** blatant lying on medical records. I would call that a medical malpractice suit!!! I've tried being nice but they just keep adding more lies everyday to my records. He should be fired for covering up the lies put into my records, because no matter what he says it's a BS LIE!!! I don't have to prove anything to Joel Green or anyone else at the mental health facility. Anchutz is knowingly allowing their mental health professionals to put false information into my records!!! And not helping me one bit!!! If I were you (speaking about clients) I highly suggest looking into to your records and see if this has happened to you as well!!! Joel himself told me he would have the lies taken off of my records and when I spoke with him today he acted in an extremely offensive manner and wouldn't help me. In fact, he said that he was going to make a police report if I called again to get this cleared up!!! That is unprofessional as it can get!!! I deserve to have this removed from my records. I have spent 15 years of my life trying to get and stay sober ( which I have been since April of 2010)for some idiot (joel) to come and try ruining everything I've worked so hard for since then. So I would without a doubt call him a liar because for one he said he would fix it( hasn't happened) that's lie number 1!! #2 I have never been hospitalized for any kind of drug overdose, but they put that into my records!!! #3 I have my pcp and all of my other medical providers and friends that will testify in court that what was put into my records are outrageous lies!!!

So i ask for everyone that reads this review to please, check your mental and medical records for lies too. Anchutz needs to be put on trial and convict the participants that condoned and tried to cover up the enormous lies put in my records.

To everyone else out there with mental health issues check your records and make sure that everything in them is absolutely true. Because Anchutz condones and protects the people that did this to me! And trust me if you don't check your records regularly they can very well do the samething to you. Creating a cover up to hide the outrageous lies to keep their careers spotless so anchutz doesn't have to deal with the truth!!!

I tried to be nice, but Joel kept denying the truth and wouldn't help me remove it immediately. They say you have to go through a process to get this fixed, even though it only took them a 30 seconds for them to write the ludicrous lies into my records.

Please, everyone that is a patient at the anchutz mental health facility check your records on file. Who knows, you might be the next person that they try this crap on. I hope the best for everyone that is a patient there, and I really hope none of this review has anything to do with your mental or medical records. You don't deserve to be treated like a nobody. And you shouldn't be ignored by their upper management teams that does the cover up process to keep a clean record at anchutz. Protect yourself, and if you feel like joining me in this fight for justice and the truth about any mishandling of your personal information. Please leave some kind of information that we can take to the Colorado attorney general office to file a formal complaint and a medical malpractice lawsuit. I know I'm not the only one this has happened too? And justice should be served immediately before they ruin everything else in your life that you have worked tirelessly to get right and fixed. I have faith that some of you will join me in the pursuit for justice.Protect yourself.

Yesterday after leaving the mental health facility at anchutz, I received the after visit summary records. In there were blatant outrageous lies about me that were put into my records.

When I was contacted by the facility they told me i would have to wait to get my records cleared. Even though it only took them a few minutes to write those lies, they won't remove them unless I go through that process!!! BS!!! IM NOT WAITINGFOR ANYTHING ANCHUTZ MADE THE LIES AND NOW THEY DONT WANTTO REMOVE THEM.

SO IM GOING TO GET A LAWYER AND IM GOING TO TALK TO MY FRIEND AT CHANNEL 31 AND LET HIM ALSO KNOW THAT ANCHUTZ CONDONES LYING ON MEDICAL RECORDS. IM SURE THE CITY OF DENVER WOULD LOVE TO SEE HOW HORRIBLY I WAS TREATED AND THE INTENTIONAL LIES THAT WERE PUT IN MY RECORDS!!! ANCHUTZ SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED AFTER ALL THE LIES THEY HAVE DONE!!! IM NOT GOING TO COMPROMISE!!!

AND THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO WHAT I WANT DONE IMMEDIATELY!!! TAKE IT OFF TODAY OR FACE THE LOCAL NEWS CHANNEL REPORTERS!!! AND IM ALSO SURE, I CAN GET A LAWYER TO TAKE THIS CASE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS!!! MAKE YOUR CHOICE WISELY HOW THIS WILL PLAY OUT.

BUT I PROMISE YOU IF I HAVE TO GET A LAWYER I WILL!!! AND I WILL EMBARASS EVERYONE THERE THAT PARTICIPATED IN THE LIES AND PUT IT INTO MY RECORDS ON LOCAL NEWS!!!

DON'T TEST ME, YOU WONT LIKE THE OUT COME!!! I PROMISE THAT I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL EVERY LIE IS REMOVED PERMANENTLY FROM MY RECORDS
