Terrible HVAC maintenance and service

Caleb Whelden and company from CTW plumbing were employed to service and maintain the heating and air conditioning units at a residence of mine for over a years' time. They consistently had difficulty arranging to complete jobs in a reasonable time frame, and often made mistakes, some relatively minor and merely forgetful (such as forgetting to replace caps on refrigerant lines), other mistakes much for irresponsible and dangerous.
Caleb Whelden easily became defensive.
He was not conscientious about taking responsibility for the problems and inconveniences caused by his actions. An incredible amount of time and money could have been saved if another maintenance team was hired earlier on.
