Towing Company Thieves
- - They took an expensive GPS and claimed there was none; they demanded cash, but insurance paid.
- - They were rude when asked for a refund.
Don't let Clearwater Towing Service near your car. They're thieves.
They took an expensive GPS but insisted there was no GPS in the car when they towed it. I was using the GPS when my car died, 30 minutes before they showed up.
They insisted I pay them in full with cash but later I learned that my insurance covered the towing in full and that my insurance company paid them in full too because they sent a towing claim to them. When I asked for a refund that I paid they were rude and nasty.
I have since found out that they have a very bad reputation around Clearwater, but others from outside of Clearwater don't know of their bad reputation.
Don't call CTS, Clearwater Towing and if you have to, expect to be ripped of and insulted.
