Refund on money you stole

Received money into a PayPal account I have and within minutes you *** took out $4.95 and the $39.95. I would like q refund immediately or I will be contacting th BBB.

User's recommendation: Don't use this so called company. They will rob you.

CTMeContracts treats clients as if they have no rights

CTMeContracts is a real estate software company providing on-line forms. I had been a client for 4 years. I and my husband work together as a team. He does showings, I write contracts. Even though he has never written a contract only signed one when I was out of county this company made me pay for 2 agents in order to use their product. OK I did that for 3 years. But the next year, I have a agent that doesn't do any business but is just hanging her license with our company. When my son died in a head on car crash she took care of one client for me signing one contract. Next time my account renewed you bet now the owner demanded I pay for 3 agents. When I tried to explain why she had signed a contract for me in my account he flat out stated not his problem, pay or don't use period. A single agent pays $240 but I should pay $660 even though I'm the only one using the product. Sounds like his way or hit the road right. It was. Agents beware the product is good the owner IS NOT and is proud of it.

So three different people used the software and you are upset that you were asked to pay for three accounts? That sounds pretty standard to me.

I cannot go to the movies and ask for three tickets but only pay for one, can I?

It sounds like you paid for a single account and got caught giving your credentials to other users who were using the software. Pay for the accounts and move on.

Your complaint has nothing to do with the software just you not doing your homework about how they bill. If that's the way they have their policy set up then you need to review it before committing.

How are they to know who's being honest with them and who's not.

This is just another example of people that get on the internet to trash a product because they have a beef with their account. This product is outstanding; so much so that it's unusual to find a broker in Colorado that's not using it, and renewing it every year.
