They need to really change how they allow people to pick up. Frankly I think it's ridiculous that you don't have to show an invoice or do more than give them your name to pick up your purchase. I bought an item recently and upon arriving was told, "Oh no, someone must have left with it by mistake" Absolutely unacceptable.

User's recommendation: Don't bother!

Preferred solution
Better options going forward. Make people PROVE they bought the items you let them walk out the door with. Tell their lazy employees that their job is not to sit around and chat while people pick up whatever they want and leave.

Having trouble with bidding

I didnt purchase and pickup an item after explaining the reason for my cancellation and I was subsequently suspended for future auctions.

Can't find items previously bid on

Bidding on multiple items. Yesterday went back on line and previous items all came up first. How can I make this happen? How do I sight up for proxy bid? From pissed consumer
