Dear CSSBuy Team,
I am writing to inform you about an issue I encountered while trying to deposit 300 into my account with the username GoogleUser_GVKNP.
On Monday, July 1st, 2024, I attempted to deposit 200 and then 100 via Sofortüberweisung. Both transactions resulted in errors, yet the amounts were still deducted from my bank account.
However, these funds have not been reflected in my CSSBuy balance.
Today, on July 5th, 2024, I attempted another deposit of 1 and 50 via the same method, and these funds were successfully credited to my account without any issues, even though I followed the same process as before.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that the initial 300 (the 200 and 100 deposits) are credited to my account.

Lost €300
I deposited $300, intending to use it as credit, but it was never credited. Hence, I lost $300 and was never able to use it. I have already sent five emails to CSSBuy, but they haven't responded!
